The 640, along with the smaller container homes, are very modest in size. Though full time habitation is possible they are more likely to be used as a part time residence. Due to area constraints typical modern day conveniences like laundry capabilities have been left off the plans. The 640 is a cozy but comfortable solution for the part time residence.
